December 18 2004 - April 17 2005 2 bedroom Oceanfront Condo $190 (tax included)

Rate is up to 6 people and includes the Hawaii local tax of 11.5%

$200 US dollar deposit required to guarantee reservation.

Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival by check or money order.

Reservations made within 30 days of arrival must be paid in full by overnight delivery by money order.

By Hawaii state law, 6 persons occupancy is the maximum for any 2 bedroom condo.

Cancellation must be made 60 days prior to arrival. 25% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.
Any cancellation within 60 days prior to arrival will result in loss of deposit.

Check-in time is 2:00 PM. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

On departure, please leave dishes and cutlery clean and remove trash from condo.
Prices are subject to change without notice, until guaranteed by deposit.

Additional cleaning service charge for 4 nights or less.
