Rates do not apply to weekends, holidays, Proms, or conventions.
Deposit of one night lodging must be received no later then one week
from date reservation was made. For reservations of 8 nights or
require 2 days deposit. Reservations held until 6 p.m. unless notified otherwise and additional deposit sent.
Cancellation Policy:
15 days notice required for a refund with a 25% holding fee. Any cancellation or change within 14 days of arrival
will result in loss of deposit.
All
rates subject to New Jersey sales tax.
