Rates Apply to advance & confirmed reservations only. Rates do not apply to weekends, holidays, Proms, or conventions.  Rates apply to 2 adults and 2 children, 12 and under. Children under 3, no charge.  Limited availability.  Rates subject to change without notice.

No checks accepted for balance, all major credit cards accepted.
DEPOSIT -  A deposit of one nights lodging must be received no later than one week from date reservation was made.  Reservations of 8 nights or more require 2 nights deposit.

CANCELLATION must be received 14 days prior to arrival date for a refund; less $25 processing fee.  All rates subject to New Jersey sales tax.
No Refund for early checkouts and no-shows.  Please, No Pets.

Rates will be honored until July 1st and may change after that date
