 Policies
Deposit:
A deposit of one night lodging must be received within 7 days from the date the reservation was made.
Deposit may be paid with a money order.  A check will be accepted as a deposit, if it arrives one month prior to arrival.
No persons under 18 years of age allowed in Jacuzzi, sauna and gym.

Cancellation:
Cancellation Policy:  15 days notice required for a refund with a 25% holding fee.  Any cancellation or change within 14 days of arrival will result in loss of deposit. 
All Rates subject to NJ Sales Tax.
No Refunds for Early Departure.
No Bicycles in rooms.

No Skateboarding or Roller Skating on premises.
Sorry, No Pets.
