Rates - availability is limited; rates apply to advanced, confirmed reservations only. No checks accepted for balance, all major credit cards accepted. Rates do not apply to weekends, holidays, Proms, or conventions.
Deposit - A deposit of one nights lodging must be received no later then one week from date reservations are made. Reservations of 8 nights or more require two nights deposit. Reservations held until 6 p.m. unless notified otherwise and additional deposit sent.
Cancellation must be received 15 days prior to arrival date for a refund.; less 25% processing fee. Any cancellation or change 14 days or less prior to arrival will result in loss of deposit or 1 night stay.
All rates subject to New Jersey sales tax.
