NOTE: Rates apply to advance reservations only and are subject to change without notice.  Cancellation Policy: 15 days notice required for a refund with a 25% holding fee.  Any cancellation or change within 14 days of arrival will result in loss of deposit.  The deposit is applied to the last night of stay and will not be applied to a future reservation.  Misrepresentation will result in automatic cancellation and loss of deposit.  All reservations are subject to confirmation.  A deposit of one nights rental is required to confirm reservation.  Any reservation over 7 nights requires 2 nights deposit.  Balance is due upon arrival in cash, travelers checks or credit cards.  Personal checks accepted on deposit only.
